1. What kinds of payment do you take?

 We take PayPal and all major credit cards.  All transactions are handled safely.

 2. What is the cost of shipping?

 All orders get free standard shipping.

 3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 We process orders in one to three business days.  It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for standard shipping, depending on where you live.

 4. Is it possible to return an item?

 Yes!  You can return things within 90 days of getting them.  They must be in their original condition, not worn, and have all the tags still on them.

 5. What do I do to get my money back?

 We will process refunds within seven days of getting and checking your returned items.  Your original payment method (PayPal or credit card) will be used to give you your money back.

 6. Do you let people trade?

 We don't offer direct exchanges right now.  Please send the item back and order the one you want again.

 7. What if the item I bought is broken or not working?

 If you get something that is broken or not working right, please email us right away at contact@wearmause.shop with pictures.  We will quickly send you a new item or give you your money back.
